I am a local Bellingham photographer handling many types of photography. While I love to shoot everything from weddings to events, I really thrive photographing sporting events. I don't know about you, but for me there is not much that can beat the smell of fresh cut grass on a cool crisp fall Friday evening standing on the 50 with a camera!

I have been making photos since I was 17 years old, getting started at North Kitsap High School with a photography class. After graduation, I continued my new found love and turned my creative expression in to a college education. I graduated from Western Washington University with a BA in Visual Communications: Graphic Arts and Photography in the spring of 1993. My final college project was an internship with the Bellingham Herald as a photographer.

I am pleased to continue developing photography and a photographers community with www.WPANetwork.com through out Northwestern Washington. If you have any photography or photo order questions, or to find out how to contribute your photographic passion to the WPANetwork please email me at David.Willoughby@WPANetwork.com

Thanks again for your time!

David :)

Heidi's Galleries
My name is Heidi and I am a freelance photographer out of the Shelton area. I believe photos are the best memories a person can have and it is my goal to capture as many memories for myself and others as possible. I have had a passion for photography since I was very young. I remember getting my first 110 camera, then upgrading to a 35mm and then jumping into the digital era. Besides one photography class in college and a few years employed at a camera store, I have learned photography through a lot of practice. I believe I was blessed with a strong eye which has helped me develop as a photographer over the years.

Today I am in the Social Work field and my photography is my outlet. Sports photography is my first love. For me, nothing is better than going to the field after a tough day of work and getting rid of all the tension by capturing some of the best raw emotion there is. I have to give recognition to my family and friends who have been supportive of my love for several years and have encouraged me to take it to another level. I also want to thank the WPA for allowing me to network with them and share Shelton High School athletics with everyone.

Michael's Galleries
I am Michael Landon and have been married for 15 years to my lovely wife Maria. We have two beautiful daughters ages 11 and 13. I served 20 years in the US Navy prior to retiring from it in 2006. It has taken a few years since then to realize my desire to broaden my audience as a photographer. For the last 30+ years I have used photography as a means to interpret my visions for others to enjoy.

I specialize in sports and action photography, but I have recently expanded to include portraits and team photos. I look forward to this opportunity of providing the conference and communities with high quality sports action shots filled with all the energy, impact and emotion that fills the players and fans during these games.

I can be found on facebook under ML4 Photography, you can also visit my website at ML4Photography.com. In addition to the photos you will find here, I am able to customize and produce amazing works of arts from any of these photos. If you can imagine it I can create it. For information regarding any of my photos or any other information I may be contacted at michaellandon@ML4photography.com or by phone at (360)509-0347.
Thank you for allowing me to capture these moments.

I'm a freelance sports photographer based in Gig Harbor, Washington. I studied photography at The Southeastern Center for the Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. After moving to Alaska, I spent several years photographing nature. After relocating to Washington, an opportunity to do a few mobile photography shoots of Washington Husky's basketball games for Grryo.com made me realize my passion for sports photography. I have been fortunate enough to cover college athletics from the Division III to Division I level. For sporting event coverage and image licensing agreements please contact me.

I am a freelance photographer based out of Lacey. Before returning to the PNW, we spent several years at the U.S. Military Academy in New York where I fell in love with sports and action photography. It was a tremendous opportunity to work with a very talented team of content creators and visual information specialists. I have had experience covering a number of different sports from youth leagues to the NCAA Division I level, as well as military and other high action events. There is nothing quite like being in the mix of things, capturing the action. I also enjoy wildlife and landscape photography. I am looking forward to the opportunity to photograph all the great prep sports in the Lacey area and being more involved in our awesome community.

I am a photographer based out of the greater Olympia area. I was first drawn to the exhilaration and adrenaline of action photography through frequent visits to Portland International Raceway. After moving to Minnesota I obtained a position with a local sports photography company where I was able to cover a wide range of events from high school and NCAA sports to the Minnesota Vikings training camp. I found that the same passion for action I had at the racetrack and on the field could also be found in telling the stories of people at many types of events and I began to transfer what I had learned behind the camera to weddings and other events.

I could be best described as an outgoing people person as I am often found striking up a conversation with those around me. Working as a photographer for more than 5 years now, I love to capture images that tell something about the people and the event in front of my camera. I also love to photograph weddings, senior portraits, and family photos and my portfolio can be found at www.meansphoto.com

The key to happiness is doing what you love.

As an athlete, I have always enjoyed sports, and competition. As a photographer, my passion has been capturing athletes at their peak performance. I have photographed everyone from Little Leaguers to Major League Baseball players. You can still find a whole series of my home run photographs hanging in former MLB player Mike Sweeney’s office. I’ve never found a sport or a person I didn’t enjoy photographing. As an athlete and photographer timing and focusing is everything.

I also specialize in portraits. I have a fun and positive way of putting others at ease and it’s easy for me to see each person’s inner beauty and dignity. As an artist, I enjoy reflecting that in my photographs and believe that a portrait should be more than an image. It should peak into the soul.

Currently, I am a freelance photographer for the local newspaper and over the years my work has appeared in numerous publications and magazines. I also specialize in individual team photos and have a staff of photographers and support staff when working with leagues.

I studied photography in college and it has been my passion ever since. My faith, family and my love of photography has been the key to my happiness.
